Bay Area Native

Silvia grew up in the Bay Area, and graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in International Political Economy.  She first started her career in Real Estate at a residential real estate company in 1985, and earned her degree from UC Berkeley in 1990.  After many years living in different cities and several countries, she moved to San Francisco in 1999 and has lived in the Marina, Cow Hollow, Alamo Square, The Richmond, and Noe Valley.

San Francisco is relatively small, however, it is made up of many diverse and wonderful neighborhoods.  Having lived here for over a decade, and having lived in numerous neighborhoods, Silvia prides herself in knowing many of these districts, including the Marina, Pacific Heights, Cow Hollow, Russian Hill, Cole Valley, Laurel Heights, West Portal, Eureka Valley, Noe Valley, Hayes Valley, Alamo Square, North Panhandle (NoPa), Presidio Heights, Inner Mission, Richmond District, Sunset, Parkside, Central Waterfront, and South Beach among others.
