  Prior to becoming a Real Estate agent, I worked for over 15 years in Marketing and Finance at Fortune 500 companies.  The skills I acquired in the corporate world have proven extremely helpful in the San Francisco Real Estate market as I am able to attract the highest number of offers for my listings, and negotiate the best possible deal for my clients.  Additionally, my finance background enables me to guide clients through the financing options available to them, so they can make the best possible real estate investment decisions.

  San Francisco is relatively small, however, it is made up of so many diverse and wonderful neighborhoods.  I pride myself in knowing many of these districts, including the Marina, Pacific Heights, Cow Hollow, Russian Hill, Cole Valley, Laurel Heights, West Portal, Eureka Valley, Noe Valley, Buena Vista Park, Hayes Valley, Alamo Square, North Panhandle, Presidio Heights, Inner Mission, Central Waterfront, South Beach among others.

  Understanding the San Francisco real estate market can be an overwhelming task, which is why I do my best to stay on top of current legislation affecting your real estate investment.  I can also provide you with information to help you better understand the different ways to hold title, such as Tenants in Common (TIC's), and give you information about San Francisco Condo Conversions.
